What I collect, why, and how to make me delete it.

Who is responsible
This site is run by an individual operating as Realized, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything about your data, email [CONTACT EMAIL]. I am the data controller.
What I collect
When you fill in the join form: your name, email address, phone numberand Telegram username. I also record the time you submitted, your IP addressand your browser user-agent, which are captured automatically and used only to stop automated abuse of the form.
I do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or third-party pixels on this site.
Why I collect it, and my lawful basis
I use these details to send you the group invite, to contact you about the group, and to know who is in the room. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. The IP address and user-agent are kept on the basis of my legitimate interestin preventing spam and abuse.
I do not use your details for anything else, and I do not make automated decisions about you.
Who sees it
Nobody. Your details are not sold, rented, shared or passed to any third party for marketing. They are stored on a server I control. If I ever move to an email or CRM provider I will name it here before doing so.
Where it is stored
On a server operated by Amazon Web Services. If you are in the UK or EEA, this means your data is transferred outside your region. Where that transfer needs a safeguard, it relies on the UK and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long I keep it
For as long as you are in the group, and for up to 12 months after you leave or withdraw consent, after which it is deleted. Abuse-prevention logs are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to data portability and the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
To exercise any of these, email [CONTACT EMAIL]. I will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
Telegram
The group itself runs on Telegram, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy and its own copy of whatever you share there. Joining the group is subject to Telegram’s terms, not mine.
